Splurge

Firstly...  HOLIDAYS! WHOOOOP!


Unfortunatly I have not been getting that much rest, but it's worth it. Came home the day after my Ed Psyc exam. Packing up my room was a bitch, but at least I'll have a new room when I go back for semester II. It feels so nice to be sleeping in a bed with an electric blanket. Downside? Limited hot water. Spent a few days in Newcastle with Nathan's best mate for a few days. On Saturday night we saw Karnivool and I was surprised to see that the support band was MM9, who I first saw at the Roundhouse at the beginning off Semester. The roadie handed me the set list once they finished. Epic win! Karnivool were perfect as usual. No dissapointment there - one of my favourite bands. We were up front and Nath practically fended off the entire pit to make sure that I had a little circle tp stand in without getting shoved about. Walking back to the car we noticed MM9 packing up so we went over to have a chat.


Spent a fair bit of time on the lounge under a blanket because it was freezing at Gordon's, but it was still nice to snuggle, play xbox, eat Nacho's and get drunk. Good few days.


Looking forward to a fair few things, Halopalooza in a few days, FINALLY Meridonal is being released and later on I will be going on a hunt for our old Nintendo so I can take it back to Uni with me. Will be keen to see Sam when she gets back from Japan. I want that cherry blossom damnit. So far, holidays have been swell. Xbox, food and warmth, hellz yeah. Been spending a fair bit of money, but fuck it, I deserve it. I'm happy.
